Chelsea now ready to launch £85m+ move to sign "rare" superstar in 2026
da 888casino: After missing out on Xavi Simons, Chelsea are now reportedly ready to launch a big-money move to sign an impressive alternative for Enzo Maresca in 2026.
What comes next after Chelsea's FA charges
da marjack bet: Whilst transfer rumours continue to arrive, it’s worth noting the possible punishments that Chelsea could face following their recent charges. The Blues have been charged with 74 breaches of the FA’s Agent Regulation rules between 2009 and 2022 under Roman Abramovich and could face a hefty fine, transfer ban and even a points deduction.
Chelsea’s compliance and the fact that BlueCo self-reported the issues could save them from a sporting sanction, but there may be no stopping the fine that could be on its way.
In a statement released earlier this week, the Blues responded to the charges by saying: “Chelsea FC is pleased to confirm that its engagement with The FA concerning matters that were self-reported by the club is now reaching a conclusion.
“The Club’s ownership group completed its purchase of the club on 30 May 2022. During a thorough due diligence process prior to completion of the purchase, the ownership group became aware of potentially incomplete financial reporting concerning historical transactions and other potential breaches of FA rules.
“Immediately upon the completion of the purchase, the Club self-reported these matters to all relevant regulators, including The FA. The Club has demonstrated unprecedented transparency during this process, including by giving comprehensive access to the Club’s files and historical data.”
Without a transfer ban, of course, those at Stamford Bridge will be in position to spend big once again when 2026 arrives and that could see them land the ultimate alternative to summer target Simons.
Chelsea readying Yildiz move
According to reports in Spain, Chelsea are now ready to launch a €100m (£86.5m) move to sign Kenan Yildiz from Juventus in 2026. After missing out on Simons, the Blues are still searching for a creator and have turned towards the talented 20-year-old as a result. As alternatives to Simons go, there’s no denying that Yildiz should top their list, either.

Almost matching the new Tottenham Hotspur signing for goals and assists last season in a below-par Juventus side, Yildiz is one of the best young talents that European football has to offer.
At 20 years old, he’s already found himself at the centre of praise several times and that includes from Juventus boss Igor Tudor, who said earlier in the summer: “Kenan has huge potential, he has rare qualities: he can make the difference up front with the dynamism of a midfielder. He’s a special talent, but it’s his mentality that will take him far.”
